Senior Penetration Tester
We are seeking experienced Senior Penetration Testers who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about challenging modern defenses. In this role, you will lead complex security engagements for our global clients, delivering clear, actionable intelligence to strengthen their security posture.
What You’ll Deliver:
- Comprehensive Penetration Testing: Perform advanced, objective-based testing across multiple domains, including network infrastructure, web & mobile applications, and cloud environments.
- Adversary Emulation & Red Teaming: Simulate the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of real-world threat actors to test a client’s detection and response capabilities in a controlled manner.
- Human-Layer Security Testing: Plan and execute social engineering campaigns to assess and improve organizational resilience against sophisticated manipulation techniques.
- Business-Centric Reporting: Translate complex technical findings into measurable business risks. You will author clear, actionable reports tailored to the client’s specific context, providing strategic remediation guidance for both technical and executive stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- You hold the OSCP certification (mandatory). Other advanced certifications are a significant advantage.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in a penetration testing role.
- You possess a deep understanding of modern attack vectors, vulnerability management, and system hardening principles.
- You have a proven ability to demonstrate the business impact of a technical vulnerability.
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
